started: February 22, 2012 - here we go guys!

just had dinner

and i’ve had 400 calories today & that’s it! and i’m actually full

  • breakfast: a bowl with strawberries, blueberries and canteloupe, with some special k oats and honey cereal sprinkled on top
  • lunch: just some carrot sticks and water (i was at the beach!) then i had a venti passiontea lemonade from starbucks which filled me up
  • dinner: half a skinless, boneless chicken breast cooked with broccoli and red peppers, tossed on top of a bowl of salad with 1 tbsp low-cal italian dressing (5 cals and 0 grams of fat)

so proud! today is my rest day from the gym, my legs are hurting from the last four days. now just gotta resist snacking tonight.

back on my grind :)

day 4 of the gym, hour long workout, sweating buckets and a cup of fruit right after. feels amazing. i just keep picturing how good i’ll look/feel in a bikini! here we goooooo
